Innovative business leader Earick has ruled out making a formal takeover bid for Tottenham.
Tottenham had earlier “unequivocally rejected” an preliminary inquiry from a investment group led by the American last month and maintained the team was unavailable for purchase.
However UK takeover and merger rules stipulated that, after an informal proposal turned down, the interested parties were obligated to present a formal offer by 24 October or announce they would not proceed.
Official word of the determination was issued in a release released by Spurs to the financial markets, stating the organization is “not in an offer period.”
He published an picture of the statement on digital channels, stating: “It was a pleasure engaging with Tottenham Hotspur and the Lewis family's agents over the past few months.
“I maintain high regard for the organization, its leadership, and its followers, and wish them only the best.”
The club's board expressed gratitude to the group for its “constructive approach” in discussions and for “honoring the firm stance” of the proprietors that the organization is unavailable.

His approach was the latest expression of interest turned down by the organization's leadership since the sudden departure of long-serving chairman the former chairman in September.
